When you start a 28-day supplement protocol, we collect your email address and daily scores (1–10). We collect only what we need to send your daily emails and generate your day-28 report. We do not collect your name, payment details, or any other personal information.
Your email address and daily scores are stored securely in Cloudflare's infrastructure (EU region) for 35 days from the date you start your protocol, then automatically deleted. We never sell your data. We never share it with supplement brands or retailers.
When you start a protocol you consent to receiving 28 daily emails from [email protected]. Each email contains one question. After day 28, no further emails are sent unless you start a new protocol. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected].
On day 28, your anonymised scores (with no personally identifiable information) may contribute to Sproute's collective dataset, which shows aggregated trends across all users. No individual's data is ever displayed publicly.
